Dan is an accomplished sales & marketing professional with extensive experience across several vertical industries. Over the past 5 years Dan has drawn from his past endeavors in construction, packaging, technology, and agriculture to build a unique personal brand across the cannabis and hemp industries nationally.

Dan was a founding partner of Emerge Services Group, LLC, in Denver where the team designed and executed on disruptive vertical farming methods for indoor cultivation. Dan also recently completed a Sales & Marketing engagement for a top concentrates brand in Colorado. Dan worked with his network to tackle every element of the firms branding effort and built a CRM and sales structure for the company to move ahead with confidence. Dan is also a VP of Business Development for a venture capital firm called Mediacast Ventures in Denver. MCV is focused on investment in CPG brands and Dan’s role is to bring strategic deal-flow to the firm. In particular, MCV interest in CBD and Hemp based products and Dan’s vast network across that complicated environment. Dan ONeill, LLC now has 16 channel partnerships in place to address the growing national market for all things related to cannabis and hemp, including cultivation, nutrients, lighting, extraction, packaging, security, software, sales channels and marketing strategy.
