Leadership Bio



Carole is an accomplished media and marketing “leader for change with expertise developed during 30+ years of pioneering integrated communications and digital transformation at Young & Rubicam, Nabisco, Kraft and Mars. In partnership with the iab, Microsoft, Marketing Evolution and Kraft, she developed and tested the methodology that validated digital advertising’s positive ROI, earning Carole the coveted Adtech Industry Achievement Award in 2011.

Dedicated to the current talent in the industry, today Carole is a successful lead recruiter for Strategy Source, LLC. She leads the media strategy team and is partnering with advertisers and agencies to uplevel their media strategy and marketing communications, consumer insights and data science teams.

Passionate about the future talent in our industry, since 2015, an Adjunct Professor, Carole created Rutgers University’s Integrated Brand Communications Mini MBA Executive Ed Course and has taught the Marketing Research, Media Strategy/Investment and Marketing Collaboration classes. Additionally, since 2017, she has been an Adjunct Professor, teaching Brand Media Strategy, at City College of New York’s (CUNY) BIC Masters in Professional Studies Program.
