Over her 30-year career, Cathy has always been drawn to opportunities that require passionate evangelization. She spent her early years driving revenue in the radio industry after being glued to the medium as a kid. In the mid-90’s she pivoted to digital after receiving proposal requests from then-unknown companies Yahoo and Amazon. Her belief in the future of digital was confirmed when she saw URL addresses on every print, outdoor and TV ad during her first market trip to San Francisco in ’97.

Over the next 20 years she worked at start-ups and industry-leading companies (Disney, AOL), developing innovative campaigns that capitalized on emerging technologies. Her experiences within highly functioning sales teams calling on clients like Microsoft, Unilever and Sprint reinforced the importance of attracting and retaining top talent.

Cathy is experiencing déjà vu all over again with the cannabis space and is thrilled to be a part of Strategy Source’s UpTurn division.  With UpTurn, Cathy focuses on creating job satisfaction for qualified candidates by giving them an entree into this fast-growing industry, while delivering bottom line results for the companies leading the way.

When she isn’t working, Cathy is an avid traveler who counts skydiving in New Zealand and hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu among her as her most exciting adventures.
