Kenton has over 26 years of experience and advising clients and implementing leading practices in strategy, digital & interactive, supply chain, aerospace, defense, and advanced technology development. As a management consultant, Kenton has led initiatives, both localized and multi-national, in multiple industries including digital/internet, media, consumer goods, telecommunications, aerospace, and high technology.

Kenton also leas and advises an e-commerce start-up, runs a boutique consultancy providing strategy, marketing, and operations guidance to multiple Fortune 1000 clients, and helped craft the IPTV (now known as digital TV) development strategy, customer experience, and service pricing strategy for a large US-based telecom.

Having personally written multiple software programs, led the development of advanced technology in chemicals, materials, and hardware design, worked with teams responsible for software development and platform creation, and worked with businesses – large and small – to better position themselves strategically and refine their operations with a profit-enhancing level of precision, Kenton possess a hard to find mix of technological insight and big-picture business expertise.

Before his private sector work, Kenton headed key components of the development of a space-based missile defense system (formerly known as “Star Wars”) as well as the development and support of stealth bomber capability. During this time, he led an extensive national team including groups of PhD’s at M.I.T., Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Labs, the U.S. Department of Energy (Sandia National Labs), as well as other high-tech centers, and advised the Pentagon on joint-service planning and operations for these systems.

During this time Kenton received Air Force Association’s Young Engineer of the Year & Outstanding Leader of the Year nominations and awards.
