Digital Sales Operations Manger

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Growth and Operations group! Working from our Playa Vista, CA headquarters, you will focus on aligning our highest level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations.

You will work cross functionally with key-stakeholders to help evolve early stage ideas into high-impact revenue growth initiatives.  In this role you will also manage the implementation and customization of Salesforce.com applications for scaleable process/workflow and analytic to manage improvements/solutions to sales team process and drive higher efficiencies using a data-driven approach.  The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new systems and processes (goal setting, performance tracking, reporting/dashboard creation) while also coming up with scaleable solutions to problems with sales opportunity workflow & tracking of progress against key growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales Ops Leader to manage the implementation of custom Salesforce.com applications for improved process and workflow
  • General Administration of Salesforce data, including managing data migrations, end of quarter data processing, and rationalizing table architecture as it relates to the reporting needs of the business
  • Streamline contract processing, work in close liaison with Legal and Sales
  • Advocate on behalf of Sales Operations and Revenue Solutions to drive development of our priorities and execution of proposed solutions
  • Understand pain points of the sales process, with the ability to implement scalable solutions leverage tools and automation
  • Help drive revenue growth projects through end-to-end completion and work in collaboratively with input from multiple stakeholders
  • Create a thorough understanding of Sales Operations administrative duties and improve efficiency on those items through automation

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Curious and strategic thinker
  • Ability to wear multiple hats
  • Multiple task manager in fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills
  • Experience and high interest in media/digital media
  • Excel Power User (macros, pivot tables)
  • Ability to understand table structures in custom CRM environment
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Admin or Developer Certified a plus
  • College degree
